Introduction

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Administrative Assistant Intern for a 12-month temporary position. This role involves providing general administrative support, assisting the team with day-to-day office tasks, and offering assistance with ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Performing general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring the office is organized.
  • Supporting the current team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Providing general administrative support to different departments.

Skills & qualifications

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
  • Good communication skills (phone, email, in-person).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.

Working conditions

  • Temporary position for 12 months.
  • Full-time, on-site role.
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
