Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and flexible Administrative Assistant Intern for a 12-month temporary position. This role involves providing general administrative support, assisting the team with day-to-day office tasks, and offering assistance with ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
- Managing office supplies and ensuring the office is organized.
- Supporting the current team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Providing general administrative support to different departments.
Skills & qualifications
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
- Good communication skills (phone, email, in-person).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.
Working conditions
- Temporary position for 12 months.
- Full-time, on-site role.
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
