Sales Consultant - Corporate Fashion

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, closing, and after-sales support
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage sales administration and follow-ups to ensure a smooth client experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and work confidently in our in-house IT system
• Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions

Minimum requirements

• 5+ years’ proven sales experience (clothing/retail industry experience advantageous)
• Excellent command of English and a good command/understanding of Afrikaans (additional SA languages beneficial)
• Confident communicator: phone, email, and in-person
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Excel
• Valid driver’s licence and valid passport
• Professional presentation and attention to detail in grooming and attire

• Salary: Market related

Training & onboarding

To set you up for success with our unique product, you’ll complete a structured minimum 3-month
training programme, including:

• Switchboard operation (customer insight)
• Client fittings (product and service immersion)
• System training (end-to-end sales process)
