Sales Floor Manager

The purpose of this position is to create a cohesive and well-functioning floor which is made up of various teams.

These teams need to be able to communicate appropriately and effectively to ensure best customer service. The teams also need to be driven to achieve their set targets be it sales or collection.

The following skills and experience will make you a suitable candidate for this role:

  • Management experience – You must have had at least 5 years of proven management experience, preferably in a team of sales / sales admin women
  • Included in your management experience you must be able to show team building and team cohesion amongst your team in order to improve working relations between staff
  • Communication skills – You must have proven communication skills in order to ensure the flow of communication across all tiers and departments
  • Performance management experience – you must have experience to analyse staff performance and to drive outcomes
  • Data analysis skills – you must have experience in interpreting data in order to take the appropriate action to drive sales.

You should also have the following:

  • Tertiary qualification preferable but not required with the correct experience
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Valid Passport
  • Availability to travel every now and again to Johannesburg and Southern Africa
