- following up on price lists, catalogue requests, quotations and shows
- oversight of appro’s
- managing fitting and presentation appointments
- fitting and presentations every now and again
- assisting customers with all sales related queries
- High attention to detail, quick keyboard skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Computer Literate
- Very good command of English language and preferably able to communicate in Afrikaans where required.
Other skills: The ability to interact with staff and customers from all levels within the organization. Organisational and time management skills as well as ability to utilise initiative, be reliable and flexible. Problem solving skills and the ability to handle pressure. Excellent follow up skills, ensuring the loop is closed.
