COMPETITION RULES August 2012

1. By entering the competition all entrants agree to abide by the decision of the judges of the competition whose decision shall be final and binding on them.

2. All entrants further agree and acknowledge that they have no right to contest such decision, inasmuch as there is no fee, payment or other condition of entrance to the competition other than being employed by a customer of IMA as set forth hereafter.


3. This competition shall only be open to bona fide full time employees of a current customer or client of IMA and no exceptions whatsoever will be made to this competition rule.

4. Entrants are to submit their photographs on the IMA website, in order to enter.


5. The entrants acknowledge and understand that such photographs which may be submitted in this competition will appear on the website of IMA and IMA Facebook page, or such other websites as IMA may in its sole discretion agree to.

6. The photographs submitted to IMA shall be those of the entrants in their company uniforms which were manufactured by IMA. No photographs of an individual who had purchased a uniform from IMA will be accepted as a valid entry. Only photographs of entrants in their company uniforms which had been purchased by their company (employer) will be accepted.

7. IMA in its sole discretion will be entitled to alter the background of any photograph in order to delete any company name or other means of identification and may similarly be entitled to delete any reference thereto on the uniform of the entrant.

8. All photographs, in whatever format submitted to IMA for the purposes of this competition shall be and remain the sole and exclusive property of IMA who shall be entitled to use such photographs in its discretion for the purpose of advertising or promoting its products and the applicant shall not be entitled to any compensation or payment whatsoever in consequences thereof.


9. All entrants acknowledge and understand that an unlimited number of the persons will be able to access the IMA website and that IMA will have no control over such persons who are able to access its website and acknowledge that they shall have no claim whatsoever for any harm which may arise there from.

10. Only one picture per company may be entered.

11. Previous competition winners i.e. being company or private individuals, may not enter the competition again.
